Programme Introduction:

 

This course is designed to equip participants with the basic Knowledge and Tools to plan, develop and deliver internal training for skill based operations.

 

Target Audience:

     

 Supervisors / Managers / Team Leaders who are required to train personnel in practical skills or induction training.

 

Learning Objectives:

 

At the end of the programme candidates will:
