Safe Pass Course (SOLAS)



Safe Pass is a safety awareness training programme for construction workers. It is a one-day programme that allows them to work on construction sites without being a risk to themselves or others. Employers are required by law to ensure that employees on construction sites carry Safe Pass cards.

Duration: 1 Day
Time:        8am – 5pm (Late arrivals will not be admitted)

Course Requirements:

On the day of the course participants must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Bring two passport size photographs
  • Have their Irish PPS number
  • Have photo ID (Old Safe Pass Card, driving license, passport, etc)
  • Have a reasonable proficiency in English
