In most organisations today, despite all the advances in technology, presentations are still a major channel for the communication of information. The successful delivery of information in a presentation can be a powerful way of influencing others. For the majority of people making a presentation is a daunting experience whether it is to an internal or external audience. The aim of this course is to turn a once unpleasant task into an enjoyable experience for both the presenter and the audience.
