The programme is open to all learners however they should ideally be working or involved in a business-related activity though not necessarily in a management or supervisory role. The programme is ideal for a learner who has recently been promoted into a management role, or aspires to be promoted, and now needs to complement and enhance their work experience with a relevant qualifications.

QQI LEVEL -6 PROJECT MANAGEMENT (6N4090)

This course introduces experienced, new or potential project managers to many of the most important concepts they would need to set up and deliver on successful projects. By adopting most recent project management and planning tools & techniques, businesses can revolutionise the work that teams can produce leading to better outcomes, higher productivity and increased profitability.

QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management

This course is suitable for current or aspiring supervisors, team leaders or managers, small business owners, organisational leaders, or anyone who is looking to develop and enhance their management and leadership skills. It aims at helping individuals to advance their careers and contribute effectively to the success of their organisations.

QQI Level 6 Training Delivery & Evaluation

The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the knowledge, competence and skills necessary to deliver, assess and evaluate training programmes. Learners are provided with an opportunity to practice their training delivery skills and build their confidence as a trainer.

QQI Level-5 Safety & Health at Work

The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to promote and maintain a healthy and safe working environment for employees in compliance with the safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005.

QQI Level-6 Manual Handling Instruction (6S0242)

Health and Safety Authority (HSA) regulations require that all manual handling instructors are certified. The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver manual handling training. Learners will examine the theoretical and practical aspects of manual handling, risk assessment and the key training tools and skills required to effectively deliver manual handling courses.
